Questions
What warranty do I get on my account?
Every account is checked before delivery and comes with a warranty that starts the moment you receive it. Full Access (FA) accounts are covered for 24 hours. Non Full Access (NFA) accounts are covered for 1 hour. Within that window, if the account is not exactly as described, we replace it free of charge. If we cannot replace it, you get your money back.
My account is not working. What do I do?
Open a ticket straight away, on the site (Account → Support) or in our Discord, inside your warranty window (24 hours for FA, 1 hour for NFA). Send us your order ID and a short unedited screen recording of your first login attempt showing the error. The recording is what lets us verify the issue and replace you fast. We are usually able to sort it within the hour.
Is fncrib legit?
Yes. We've delivered more than 13,000 orders, and over 10,000 people are in our Discord. Every order comes with a replacement warranty: 24 hours on full access, 1 hour on NFA. If an account doesn't work inside its window, open a ticket and we'll replace it.
What are NFA accounts?
NFA means non full access: you get the login to the game account, but not the email inbox behind it. That makes NFA cheaper and a bit riskier, which is fine for playing, trying a locker or a second account. NFA comes with a 1-hour warranty.
What are full access accounts?
Full access means you also get the email inbox, so you can change the passwords and lock the account down as yours. It costs a little more, but it's the safest way to keep an account for good. Full access comes with a 24-hour warranty.
What should I do the moment I get my account?
Log in and check it right away. For Full Access: change the password on the Epic account, change the password on the email inbox we gave you, and turn on 2FA. You will not be able to change the account email to your own for up to 3 months, that is an Epic restriction, but you hold the inbox so the account is under your control. For NFA: you cannot change the password, because Epic needs email access to do that and NFA does not include the email. Use your hour to log in and confirm the account matches the listing. Checking within your warranty window is the single best thing you can do to protect your purchase.
Why is the NFA warranty only 1 hour?
NFA accounts do not come with the email, and Epic requires email access to change an accounts password. That means an NFA account cannot be fully secured and the original owner can attempt a recovery at any time. It is the trade off that makes NFA cheaper. We verify and stand behind the account being exactly as described at the moment we hand it over, but we cannot control what happens to it afterwards, so the warranty is 1 hour: your window to log in and confirm it matches the listing. Full Access accounts include the email inbox, so you can lock them down and keep them, which is why they carry a full 24 hour warranty. If you want long term ownership, choose FA.
What is not covered by the warranty?
We cannot cover problems caused after the account is in your hands. That includes getting the account banned through your own use, sharing the details with someone else, changing your mind, or reporting an issue after your warranty window has closed. For Full Access, that also includes changing the password or email and then losing it. For NFA specifically, a recovery by the previous owner after the 1 hour window is not covered, because NFA does not include the email and cannot be secured, which is exactly why checking it immediately matters.
Why can't I change the email on my full access account?
Epic blocks changing an account's email address for up to 3 months after its last change. Because the email was changed when the account was prepared for you, that cooldown is usually still running when you receive it. This is an Epic restriction and nothing is wrong with your account. With Full Access you get the email inbox itself, so you already have full control: change the Epic password, change the inbox password and enable 2FA, and nobody else can get in. Once Epic's 3-month cooldown ends you can move the account onto your own email address.
I have a payment problem. Should I open a dispute with my bank?
Please talk to us first. Almost every issue is solved with a replacement in minutes, while a chargeback takes weeks and helps nobody. Open a ticket and we will make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us means we will contest it with our delivery records, and the account will be blacklisted from the store.
