NFA accounts - Non Full Access accounts, refers to only having access to the game account, without the email, these accounts are riskier, but are good for normal play or smurfing.

Full Access accounts, are accounts where in which you would have access to the email, allowing you to secure it, and make it your own. You ideally keep these accounts for lifetime, but it may cost a little more, That safety is worth it.

Every account is checked before delivery and comes with a warranty that starts the moment you receive it. Full Access (FA) accounts are covered for 24 hours. Non Full Access (NFA) accounts are covered for 1 hour. Within that window, if the account is not exactly as described, we replace it free of charge. If we cannot replace it, you get your money back.

NFA accounts do not come with the email, and Epic requires email access to change an accounts password. That means an NFA account cannot be fully secured and the original owner can attempt a recovery at any time. It is the trade off that makes NFA cheaper. We verify and stand behind the account being exactly as described at the moment we hand it over, but we cannot control what happens to it afterwards, so the warranty is 1 hour: your window to log in and confirm it matches the listing. Full Access accounts include the email inbox, so you can lock them down and keep them, which is why they carry a full 24 hour warranty. If you want long term ownership, choose FA.

Open a ticket in our Discord straight away, inside your warranty window (24 hours for FA, 1 hour for NFA). Send us your order ID and a short unedited screen recording of your first login attempt showing the error. The recording is what lets us verify the issue and replace you fast. We are usually able to sort it within the hour.

Yes. We always try a replacement first, since that is the quickest fix and most people prefer it. If we cannot give you a suitable replacement, you can take instant store credit or a refund back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually land within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We do not refund change of mind, or accounts that stopped working because of something done after delivery.

We cannot cover problems caused after the account is in your hands. That includes getting the account banned through your own use, sharing the details with someone else, changing your mind, or reporting an issue after your warranty window has closed. For Full Access, that also includes changing the password or email and then losing it. For NFA specifically, a recovery by the previous owner after the 1 hour window is not covered, because NFA does not include the email and cannot be secured, which is exactly why checking it immediately matters.

Log in and check it right away. For Full Access: change the password on the Epic account, change the password on the email inbox we gave you, and turn on 2FA. You will not be able to change the account email to your own for up to 3 months, that is an Epic restriction, but you hold the inbox so the account is under your control. For NFA: you cannot change the password, because Epic needs email access to do that and NFA does not include the email. Use your hour to log in and confirm the account matches the listing. Checking within your warranty window is the single best thing you can do to protect your purchase.

Please talk to us first. Almost every issue is solved with a replacement in minutes, while a chargeback takes weeks and helps nobody. Open a ticket and we will make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us means we will contest it with our delivery records, and the account will be blacklisted from the store.

Epic blocks changing an accounts email address for up to 3 months after its last change. Because the email was changed when the account was prepared for you, that cooldown is usually still running when you receive it. This is an Epic restriction and nothing is wrong with your account. With Full Access you get the email inbox itself, so you already have full control: change the Epic password, change the inbox password and enable 2FA, and nobody else can get in. Once Epics 3 month cooldown ends you can move the account onto your own email address.
