Full Access means the account is fully yours: you control the email, password, and can add extra security. Unlike NFA, it's completely yours to manage.

What You Can do with FA Accounts

• Email change: full access includes the email login, but Epic Games may temporarily block changing the registered email (their cooldown, up to ~3 months after recent account changes). This is Epic's restriction, not a defect.
• Add/remove linked accounts
• Use all Epic Games features

1-day replacement warranty from delivery. Secure the account (change the email & password) right away to keep it protected.

Even with full access, account recovery is not 100% guaranteed if you lose credentials. Always save your login info.

Warranty

24-hour warranty from delivery. If the login fails or the account is unusable on arrival, message us within 24 hours for a replacement. After you secure it (change the password, add 2FA), it's yours.

• ✅ Covered by the 24h warranty: wrong or invalid login, account not accessible at delivery, or recovered/banned within the warranty (not caused by you). We replace it first; if we can't, you get store credit.
• ❌ Not covered: a change of mind or "no longer needed", losing access after you changed the password or email yourself, the Epic email-change cooldown above (not a defect), or claims after the 24-hour warranty.
