01General Provisions

1.1

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the processing and protection of information that the User transmits while using the FN Crib service (the "Service").

1.2

By using the Service, the User confirms acceptance of this Policy. If the User does not agree with its terms, they must stop using the Service.

02Information We Collect

2.1

The Service may collect the following types of data:

  • account identifiers (login, ID, username, email address, etc.);
  • technical information (IP address, browser, device, and operating system data);
  • history of interactions with the Service (orders, support tickets, payment attempts);
  • how the User reached the Service (for example, the link or campaign that brought them);
  • email preferences (whether the User receives restock and deal emails).
2.2

The Service does not require the User to provide passport details, identification documents, photos, or other personal information beyond the minimum necessary for operation.

03Use of Information

The Service may use the information collected solely for:

  • operating the Service's functionality;
  • communicating with the User (including notifications and support);
  • analyzing and improving the Service;
  • sending restock and deal emails to account holders and customers. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and the User can opt out at any time.
3.2

The Service uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep the User signed in, keep the cart, protect forms from abuse, remember preferences, and understand which pages and campaigns work (for example, the link that brought the User to the Service).

04Sharing of Information with Third Parties

4.1

The Administration does not share collected data with third parties, except where:

  • it is required by applicable law;
  • it is necessary to fulfill obligations to the User or to operate the Service (for example, payment processors, email delivery providers, and sign-in providers such as Google);
  • the User has explicitly consented.

05Data Storage and Protection

5.1

Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

5.2

The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

5.3

Order, payment, and delivery records are kept for as long as they are needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and resolving disputes, including chargebacks.

5.4

The User may ask for their account and personal data to be deleted by contacting support. Records described in 5.3 are kept for as long as those purposes require.

06Disclaimer of Liability

6.1

The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always involves risk.

6.2

The Administration is not liable for loss, theft, or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the User themselves.

07Changes to the Policy

7.1

The Administration reserves the right to modify this Policy without prior notice.

7.2

Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes the User's agreement with the new version of the Policy.
