Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the use of the online service FN Crib (the "Service") provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service — including registering, paying for products, or accessing materials — the User confirms that they have read these Terms in full and accept them in their entirety.
1.3. If the User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, they must stop using the Service.
2. Nature of Goods and Services
2.1. The Service provides digital goods and non-tangible services, including but not limited to: digital game accounts, in-game items, account credentials, and related digital deliverables.
2.2. Materials and goods provided through the Service may include:
- information from publicly available sources;
- original materials owned by the Administration and/or third parties;
- curated listings, recommendations, and structured data.
2.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the value of the digital goods and services offered by the Service lies in their curation, delivery, support, and updates — not in the exclusivity of any individual item.
2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity, or unavailability of individual items outside of the Service.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
- that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
- any specific financial, commercial, professional, or other outcomes;
- uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.
3.3. The Administration is not liable for:
- any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
- consequences of the User's use of any materials obtained from the Service;
- acts or omissions of third parties (including payment providers and account-source platforms);
- temporary technical failures or access restrictions.
3.4. All decisions regarding the application of materials, recommendations, and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.
4. Lawful Use
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate any unlawful activity.
4.2. The User agrees to use the Service exclusively within the bounds of applicable law and the rules of any third parties (such as the games whose accounts are sold through the Service).
4.3. Responsibility for the lawfulness of use of materials and services obtained from the Service rests entirely with the User.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All materials posted on the Service are protected by intellectual property law.
5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise using materials of the Service without the rights holder's permission.
5.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in restriction of access to the Service without compensation.
6. Access Restrictions
6.1. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in the event of:
- violation of the terms of this Agreement;
- detection of fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity;
- requirements of applicable law or payment providers.
6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from any obligations that arose prior to the restriction.
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create elevated risk for the Service, its payment providers, or third parties.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1. Payment for products and services is made under the terms displayed in the Service at the time of purchase.
7.2. Due to the non-tangible nature of digital goods and services, refunds after delivery are generally not issued, except in the cases described below.
7.3. A refund may be granted only when:
- the service was not rendered due to a technical fault on the Service's side;
- access to the digital product was, in fact, not delivered;
- the delivered credentials were invalid upon delivery and cannot be replaced.
7.4. To request a refund, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.
7.5. Refund decisions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
7.6. The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback through their payment provider without first contacting the Service's support. Unilateral chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of the account.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Administration collects only the technical data minimally required to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
9. Changes to the Terms
9.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement.
9.2. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Service.
9.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes the User's agreement with the updated Terms.
