Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the use of the online service FN Crib (the "Service") provided by the Administration.

By using the Service — including registering, paying for products, or accessing materials — the User confirms that they have read these Terms in full and accept them in their entirety.

If the User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, they must stop using the Service.

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. A User under 18 confirms that they use the Service and make purchases with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The Service provides digital goods and non-tangible services, including but not limited to: digital game accounts, in-game items, account credentials, and related digital deliverables.

Materials and goods provided through the Service may include:

• information from publicly available sources;
• original materials owned by the Administration and/or third parties;
• curated listings, recommendations, and structured data.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the value of the digital goods and services offered by the Service lies in their curation, delivery, support, and updates — not in the exclusivity of any individual item.

The Service does not claim or guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity, or unavailability of individual items outside of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

The Administration does not guarantee:

• that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
• any specific financial, commercial, professional, or other outcomes;
• uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.

The Administration is not liable for:

• any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
• consequences of the User's use of any materials obtained from the Service;
• acts or omissions of third parties (including payment providers and account-source platforms);
• temporary technical failures or access restrictions.

All decisions regarding the application of materials, recommendations, and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.

The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate any unlawful activity.

The User agrees to use the Service exclusively within the bounds of applicable law and the rules of any third parties (such as the games whose accounts are sold through the Service).

Responsibility for the lawfulness of use of materials and services obtained from the Service rests entirely with the User.

All materials posted on the Service are protected by intellectual property law.

The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise using materials of the Service without the rights holder's permission.

Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in restriction of access to the Service without compensation.

The Administration reserves the right to suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in the event of:

• violation of the terms of this Agreement;
• detection of fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity;
• requirements of applicable law or payment providers.

Restriction of access does not release the User from any obligations that arose prior to the restriction.

The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create elevated risk for the Service, its payment providers, or third parties.

Payment for products and services is made under the terms displayed in the Service at the time of purchase.

Due to the non-tangible nature of digital goods and services, refunds after delivery are generally not issued, except in the cases described below.

A refund may be granted only when:

• the order was not delivered;
• the delivered product did not work as described at the moment of delivery (the cases listed in the Guarantee, Replacement & Refund Policy), the claim was made within the warranty window, and no suitable replacement could be provided;
• the service was not rendered due to a technical fault on the Service's side.

To request a replacement or refund, the User must open a support ticket within the warranty window, which starts at the moment of delivery: 24 hours for accounts delivered with email access (Full Access) and 1 hour for accounts delivered without it (No Full Access). The time the ticket is opened counts as the time of the request.

Refund decisions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback through their payment provider without first contacting the Service's support. Unilateral chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of the account.

The User confirms that any payment method they use belongs to them or is used with its owner's permission.

Mystery boxes deliver a randomly selected account. Where the product page shows a pool and odds, the draw follows them. Receiving a less valuable account than hoped for is not grounds for a refund; the warranty for the delivered account still applies.

The Administration processes the User's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

The Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement.

The current version of the Agreement is published on the Service.

Continued use of the Service constitutes the User's agreement with the updated Terms.

The version of these Terms that applies to an order is the version in force when the order was placed. The Service records the version the User accepted at checkout.
