Even with full access, account recovery is not 100% guaranteed if you lose credentials. Always save your login info.

Once you secure the account, treat it like your own — no replacements after the 24-hour warranty (see below).

🛡️ Warranty & Refunds

24-hour warranty from delivery. If the login fails or the account is unusable on arrival, message us within 24 hours for a replacement. After you secure it (change the password, add 2FA), it's yours.

We refund for issues on our side: wrong or invalid login, account not accessible at delivery, or recovered/banned within the 24h warranty (not caused by you).

❌ We don't refund for: a change of mind or "no longer needed", an account you already logged into or secured, the Epic email-change cooldown above (not a defect), or requests after the 24-hour warranty.
